Flow Sensor: In district or central heating systems, it provides the calculation of the water passing through the installation in m3\/h unit to provide heating. The measuring principle is the relative velocity difference of sound transmission between the ultrasonic sensors during water flow.<\/p>\n

Temperature Sensors: By installing on the supply and return lines on the heating system, measures the temperature difference of the heated area.<\/p>\n

Calculator: Unit that makes the thermal energy calculation with the data from flow and temperature sensors and save the accumulated consumption data.<\/p>\n

Electromagnetic Class<\/b><\/p>\n

E1 (residential\/light industrial applications).<\/p>\n

Installation should be done at least 25 cm away from other electromagnetic factors.<\/p>\n

M1 (Condition for fixed mounting and minimum vibration).<\/p>\n

Climatic Working Conditions<\/b><\/p>\n

The heat meter is suitable for use in non-evaporation, low humidity and indoor environments. The ambient temperature should be between 5-55\u00a0O<\/sup>C<\/p>\n

Maintenance and repair<\/b><\/p>\n

Temperature sensor and battery can be changed within the framework of local regulations with the authority to intervene in the heat meter. The flow sensor should not be separated from the calculator unit. Suitable temperature sensor for JOY200R is Pt1000.<\/p>\n

Battery Replacement<\/b><\/p>\n

QMET ultrameter heat meter can be used with 1 x ER18505, 2 x ER17505 or 1 x ER26500 batteries. Battery life is 6, 11 and 15 years, respectively.<\/p>\n

Max Pressure: PN16\/PS16.<\/p>\n

Environmental Class: E1, M1, A<\/p>\n

Mounting Point: It should be mounted at a distance of at least 25 cm from the signal cables.<\/p>\n

In case the installation water temperature is below 10\u00b0C or above 90\u00b0C, it is recommended to mount the calculation unit on the wall.<\/p>\n
